3. Appointments and Bookings

All appointments must be confirmed by BEAU STYLE. Booking requests submitted through our website or by phone are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee
  • Repeated cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings

3.3 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.4 Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Full charges may still apply.
